Registration: All pets must be registered with property management and approved prior to being brought onto the premises. Documentation required includes: -Vaccination records -Proof of spaying/neutering (if applicable) -Photo of the pet for identification purposes 2. Behavior and Supervision: -Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the unit and in common areas. -Pets must not exhibit aggressive behavior, excessive barking, or other disturbances. 3. Waste Disposal: -Pet owners must promptly clean up after their pets in all areas of the community. -Failure to dispose of pet waste appropriately may result in fines of up to $50 per incident. 4. Damage and Liability: -Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets to the unit, common areas, or other residents’ property. -Liability insurance that covers pet-related incidents is recommended.
